Its blend is made of 35% Chardonnay for elegance and finesse, 40% Pinot Noir for structure and color and 25% of Pinot Meunier for fruity aromas. Its delicate porcelain pink robe and its rose, raspberry, and bergamot aromas add up to a voluptuous and seductive wine that will impress all tasters. Discrete on the nose, delicate with its citrus and bergamot fragrances, it then blossoms into melon and raspberry notes. Wine Story

  • Terroir

Brimoncourt Champagne is located in the historical heart of the Champagn vineyard, in Aÿ, France, in nearly bicentenary buildings and gardens. This anchorage in Aÿ is also a promise and compels us to bring a special care to the selection of vines and grapes when creating the Brimoncourt wines.

  • Vineyard

This Champagne Rosé is made of 35% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Noir and 25% Pinot Meunier from 12 crus : Villers-Marmery, Chouilly, Vertus, Avenay Val d'Or, Mailly, Rilly la Montagne, Ludes, Oger, Hautvillers, Villedommange, Vincelles and Avize.

  • Vinification

The fermentation occurs in stainless steel vats, which helps preserve the fresh fruit character and vibrant acidity of the wine. This controlled environment ensures that the delicate flavors and aromas are retained. The wine is aged on its lees for an extended period, typically around four years. This aging process enhances the complexity and depth of the wine, contributing to its rich, creamy texture and persistent mousse.

Brimoncourt

Where the magic begins

Brimoncourt wines are born in Aÿ in northern France, in the historical heart of the Champagne vineyard, in nearly bicentenary buildings and gardens. The founding idea of Champagne Brimoncourt is to get back to the original DNA of champagne, to the time when it was a light and joyful wine, a wine that was drunk with friends, a wine for meeting with people but not at all formal. For three centuries, Champagne has been a synonym of fine tables, subtlety and inspired savoir-vivre. Brimoncourt is a tribute to these forever Champagne values: elegance, independence, sharing and lightness.
